I have been a fan of Maybelline products for as long as I can remember! For a long time, drugstore makeup was all I could afford and naturally Maybelline was one of my go-to brands (and still is today). I've always been impressed with the quality products they put out and the awesome price tag that comes along with it. When I heard about their new Lip Studio Line that was coming to Ulta, the excitement was real and I knew I needed to get my hands on them ASAP.
Thankfully, I've had the oppotunity to try them all out and can't wait to share my thoughts with you guys! This line is definitely different (in the best way possible), has flare, is a little edgey, and will help you step your lip game up in no time. OH, and the best part?! They're all UNDER $10. Can I get an amen?
The first new lip product that we have is the Glitter Fix Glitter Lip Gloss. I'm sure you can tell by the name alone, but girlfriend's, if you love glitter then by no doubt you are in for a TREAT. These are packed with micro-fine glitter for extra sparkle and shine! They glide on and are so smooth. I personally love the formula, as it's super light weight and you don't have to apply this with a single worry about getting that sticky consistency that you might expect. You can wear these alone or layer over top of your favorite lipstick to add a little pop to you look.
Okay, so I think these may be my favorite out of the three new lippies. They are going to be so gorgeous for fall and the shades are to die for. These Liquid Lipsticks are not going anywhere once you apply them, are light weight, and so incredibly pigmented.
I love lip gloss, like a lot. So, I'm very much drawn to these from the colors, to the formula, to the finish of the products itself. They're smooth, non-sticky and bright. They're gorgeous alone or layered over a lipstick (my favorite way to wear them). These lippies are iridescent and give off a really pretty multi-dimensional shine that's to die for.
