Beauty Room Decor + Gear

My beauty room is by far my favorite room in the house. It's my little space to work, get creative, and do all things glam. I'm seriously beyond thankful that Chris was so on board with the idea when we bought our house, because who needs a guest room anyways right? The beauty room did not come about over night, and it's taken saving and patience to make it what it is right now. That's not to say it still doesn't have a long way to go, but, right now it has everything that I need to make mornings prettier, makeup storage neater, flatlays cuter, and selfie lighting better. With that in mind, if you want to see the decor, tools and gear that makes up my beauty room then keep on reading!

Vanity Lights

These were SUCH a steal on Amazon and completely transformed my mirror. I'm all about saving money and doing what makes sense for my bank account and wallet, sooo splurging on a $300 - $600 vanity mirror with hollywood lights was not an option for me. Stumbling across these guys was a blessing and for under $30 I couldn't recommend them more. They just stick right on, have an extention cord and a on/off switch.

Ring Light

I get so many questions about my ring light! It was one of the very first things I purchased for my beauty room and gave me hope for my selfies. The ring light I own is the Diva Ring Super Nova Light. This is an investment piece, but if you're someone who appreciates makeup, films and takes a lot of photos, then I think it's worth it.

I do want to note, that 90% of my pictures are taken in natural lighting. I prefer natural lighting over my ring light any day. But, between seasons changing, my work schedule and last minute blogging/instagram needs I can't always count on having a bright cloud-free sky to shoot in. So, when this happens I resort to my trusty ring light who has never let me down.

Vanity

Having a vanity that I was able to sit down, relax and primp for endless hours was a must have for me. I love my vanity and the space it gives me when doing my makeup. It comes with two pull out drawers and also has a cut out for any cords you might need to hide.

Mirror

This mirror was a steal at Home Goods, so I can't link the exact one. I am however sharing some similar ones that don't break the bank.

Desk Chair

Found this gem at Marshall's in the home section! I've linked similar options above, just click the photo to shop.

Dresser

This was a old piece of furniture that we actually ended up refurbishing with new paint and door knobs. Oh, and by we I mean Chris - thanks babe! :)

Fur Rugs

I have a white one, which I got a Marshall's and a pink one which I got from Hobby Lobby. I can't link either of those so have shared a slightly more splurge worthy option that I think you all will love.

I hope you all found this helpful and thank you so much for stopping by! As always, if you have any questions on these pieces or other items in my beauty room let me know.
